How long does international shipping take?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7 to 20 business days depending on your location. Tracking information is provided via email as soon as your order departs our warehouse.
What is the warranty period for KZ earphones?
All KZ Acoustics products come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not include damage from improper use or normal wear and tear of cables.
Are the cables on KZ monitors replaceable?
Yes, most of our In-Ear Monitors feature a detachable 2-pin cable system. This allows you to easily replace damaged cables or upgrade to high-purity silver or Bluetooth modules.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging and condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Do I need an external amplifier to drive KZ IEMs?
Most KZ earphones are designed with low impedance and high sensitivity, meaning they can be driven easily by smartphones or laptops. However, using a dedicated DAC/AMP can further improve audio clarity.
